Create gains from per-axis diagonal entries.

Parameters:
  • stiffness – Per-axis stiffness [N/m, Nm/rad], ordered [x, y, z, rx, ry, rz].

  • damping – Per-axis damping [Ns/m, Nms/rad], ordered [x, y, z, rx, ry, rz]. If unset, critical damping is used.
